The main goal of this project was to make the booking experience faster, clearer, and more convenient for users. As part of the redesign, I rethought key user flows, improved navigation, optimized the service selection process, enhanced the user profile experience, and simplified repeat bookings.
A strong focus was placed on UX improvements that help users find the services they need more quickly and complete bookings with fewer steps.
