-The probability in the winter period of high waves that can cover the area
The need to protect construction structures from corrosion.
The first floor is made of tubobeton.
During the development of the project, it was determined the need for the implementation of coastal strengthening. The coastal building is proposed to be performed in the form of a curtain, at the same time a support wall. Given the data of the Black Sea waves in this area, it was determined that the need for submission in the area was determined.
