The Belgrade
Our company has developed an individual cottage project. The two-storey building is located in the county village. The architectural image represents two simple volumes with a glass bar, which divides the house into two uneven parts and passes through both the facades of the house and along the roof. Such an architectural solution is due to the desire to transform the dark corridory of the second floor into a gallery illuminated by daylight.
The main facade of the house is turned north, which influenced primarily the planning solution of the cottage project and positively influenced the architectural image. The northern orientation of the house allowed to leave the main facade without windows. In order to strengthen the minimalist composition of the main facade, the entrance to the garage was located on the side of the house, while the convenience of the entrance-out was carefully considered. As a result, we managed to completely get away from the projections on the main facade.
