Boot Processing for Trading (Functional Fill)

I was addressed with a proposal for a small reporting bots.
The essence of the project is as follows: I had to cost the functional of filling the user account through a bank card. The user selects the filling function, enters the amount and transfers the funds to the records. If that amount comes, the balance is filled.
