This bot works quite simple:
The user downloads the video data folder to publish (the name is derived from the file name). Then he calls the corresponding team in the bot telegram and indicates which set of tags he needs (this can be added, removed, and changed in the bot itself).
Then the selenium code starts. It is authorized to the user's Google account and through Youtube Studio downloads the video, in the process sending links to them.
