Bot for forwarding messages from channels

TG bot that forwards messages from various channels (including closed ones) and groups to one channel/group.
Features:
- You need to be in the closed channel to have access to its messages.
- The ability to send messages from selected branches (not from all) for groups that are divided into branches has been implemented.
