Bot for collecting lists and making reports
The bot functions as follows: there are two categories of users — super-administrators and regular administrators. The following functionality is available to super-administrators:
Creating an event.
Adding an administrator.
Removing an administrator.
Viewing minuses.
Sending the list of current pluses.
Viewing the list of those who did not respond (with automatic reminders to administrators who did not respond to the event).
Generating a report of current pluses.
Clearing the form (considering the possibility of holding multiple events per day).
Monthly statistics.
All lists and reports are automatically sent to the respective groups.
The form is automatically cleared daily at 00:00 Kyiv time. Administrators who did not respond receive automatic reminders every 2 hours. Then, the statistical data is entered into Google Sheets, where information is collected about:
Number of event visits;
Number of minuses and their reasons;
Number of pluses per month within the events.
For regular administrators, the functionality is limited to responding to events with "+" or "-", with the option to add a reason ("+" or "-" with an indication of the reason).
