AI bot for expert: auto sales, recording, consultant
I developed a comprehensive automation system for a psychologist on the ManyChat platform. My goal was to create a full-fledged virtual office that takes care of all the routine tasks: from warming up the audience and answering questions to selling products and managing the schedule of consultations.
What I implemented (Technical part)
In this project, I built a complex architecture with the integration of external services so that the bot operates as a unified ecosystem:
ManyChat Flows: I created multi-level scenarios using conditions for user segmentation.
Integration with OpenAI (GPT):
AI Consultant: I set up an assistant that answers users' questions based on the expert's knowledge base.
AI Diagnosis: I implemented a questionnaire where AI analyzes the user's responses and provides personalized feedback in a supportive style.
Sales Automation:
I configured instant delivery of digital products (PDF) immediately after payment.
I implemented data collection for physical delivery with automatic courier notification in a Telegram channel.
CRM and Reporting: I set up automatic transfer of all data (orders, emails, surveys) to Google Sheets.
Appointment System: I developed the logic for booking consultations with checks for available slots and auto-reminders 24 hours in advance.
How I approach work
I design bots systematically, starting with logical diagrams. In the portfolio gallery, I attached screenshots of the "inner workings" from ManyChat. This demonstrates the cleanliness of my assembly, the reliability of connections, and that the bot is ready to operate without failures.
