Bot for video editing

Bot for asynchronous video editing with a queue of clients. Accepts video materials from users, automatically adds them to the queue, and processes tasks in order without manual initiation of processes. Supports status tracking (in queue, in processing, ready) and notifications upon completion of editing.

The implementation uses the FFmpeg stack for rendering, converting, and editing video, OpenCV for frame processing and video stream analysis, as well as PyTorch for AI scene analysis, automation of editing decisions, and working with machine learning models.

Designed for automating video production and scaling operations with a large number of clients.
