Currency exchange rate bot

The bot allows converting currencies and tracking their rates through convenient buttons. You choose an action: conversion (for example, 100 USD to EUR), viewing rates (USD to EUR, UAH, GBP, JPY), or tracking a currency pair with daily notifications at 9:00. Uses ExchangeRate-API for current rates, supports only popular currencies (USD, EUR, UAH, GBP, JPY), and has a modern TikTok-style with emojis.
