Bot-moderator of user messages in Viber communities

A Python application has been developed to remove all the messages containing web links. Since the official Viber API does not provide an interface for community management, the decision was made to develop a script that imitates user-administrator actions. The approach is based on machine vision and symbol recognition (OCR) algorithms. The possibilities of OpenCV and Tesseract OCR were used.
