Telegram bot for Fashion brand: Automation of appointment booking with stylist
This project is a full-fledged digital assistant for a clothing brand and stylist services. The main goal of the bot is to relieve managers and transform an ordinary visitor into a "warm" client ready for a visit.
The bot acts as a friendly online manager who greets the client, presents a beneficial offer (free shopping), and carefully guides them through the booking process.
Logic of operation:
Interactive dialogue: Instead of boring long forms, the bot takes the user through a step-by-step survey (age, city, size, name).
UX: While entering data, the bot automatically hides unnecessary menu buttons to ensure nothing distracts the client from filling out the form.
Instant feedback: After submitting the application, the client receives confirmation and a link to Instagram, which increases trust in the brand.
Technical implementation: All functionality is built on modern asynchronous libraries, ensuring instant response even under heavy load.
Language and core: Python + aiogram 3.x.
Database: PostgreSQL + asyncpg. All client data (name, phone, parameters) is securely stored for further processing by managers.
