Telegram bot for automatic account registration via virtual numbers

The bot allows automatic creation of Telegram accounts using virtual numbers from sms-activate.io. The user enters their API ID, API HASH, and SMS API KEY - the bot receives the number, registers the account, and provides a .session file.
