This project is a comprehensive visual update for a psychotherapist’s Instagram presence. I developed a brand guideline and a cohesive visual style that combines a calm color palette, minimalist typography, and warm, atmospheric photography. The design focuses on creating a sense of trust, emotional safety, and professional support — essential elements for communication within the mental-health niche.
I translated the brand style into a structured Instagram grid, created content templates, and balanced photo-based and informational posts. The result is a recognizable, consistent, and visually harmonious profile that strengthens the expert’s personal brand and enhances audience engagement.
