Design of a presentation brochure for Gostomel Residence, a residential complex located in a green zone near Kyiv. The goal was to create a stylish communication tool that highlights the benefits of countryside living and evokes a sense of privacy and spaciousness.
Tasks.
The brochure needed to reflect the developer’s brand identity, be easy to digest, and showcase the complex’s main selling points: thoughtful architecture and apartment layouts / landscape and greenery-focused design / close connection to nature / convenient infrastructure and peaceful location.
Result.
