Purpose of the business plan: to create a network of fast charging stations (DC stations) in large cities and along major intercity highways.
- Brief description: analysis of the growth of the electric vehicle fleet in Ukraine, selection of strategic locations (near large shopping centers, gas stations, highways), detailed calculation of costs for purchasing and installing equipment (taking into account connection to the power grid). A monetization model is outlined (tariff per kWh, additional services), as well as an organizational structure (maintenance).
- Practical result/Outcome: demand analysis confirmed the necessity of installing fast DC stations (more expensive), which allowed for the establishment of a premium tariff and ensured a projected margin of 30% on electricity. The plan was used to conclude a partnership agreement with a large gas station network for renting optimal locations.
