Calendly Automation - Telegram Bot via Make (Integromat)

Client's goal: Automate notifications about new bookings in Calendly by sending structured updates to Telegram.

My contribution: Created automation on Make.com that is triggered by a new booking in Calendly. It analyzes event details (name, email, date, comment) and sends messages via a custom Telegram bot. The message contains embedded buttons for rescheduling or canceling the call through Calendly.

Success: The system provides instant visibility of bookings in Telegram, improving response time and reducing the need for manual actions after booking.
