Young Canadian company IndustrialMatrix, which was founded in 2016 as a motor and crossover search system.The first product, Motor Search, search for electric engines, obtaining full characteristics, comparing products between brands and detection of crossover.Now it is a technology company offering advanced digital solutions, offering a comprehensive asset management and preventive service platform for industrial production facilities.What is the idea of this startup?Their engineers have developed sensors (sensors) capable of capturing the behavior of production equipment, such as engines, pumps, pipelines, whole carriers and much more.Sensors (sensors) form the data of the vibration indicators, temperature, decibel level, ampers, and many operating parameters of the equipment.These data must be processed, analyzed and by certain algorithms prevent fractures by notifying the engineers who are in production.The task was to develop a cloud solution where sensors would send these data in real time, process, analyze the work environment of the equipment and analyze further actions.Data analysis was needed to be displayed on interactive information panels in the form of graphs, easy to understand with a color coding system that provides useful information.How does this work at the production level?A team of specialists comes to production, installs sensors on equipment, connects to a controller that connects sensors and has a network connection to send data to us.During the entire work, every minute the controller shares with us information about the work of the equipment, we analyze the data and show dynamics in real time.When a problem is detected, notifications are sent in text or electronic form.This is the only base that was invented by Canadian men.Further more interesting!The startup consists of four modules:
AssetMatrix (Active Management) is a CRM system, for the management of equipment, motors, pumps, i.e.the whole complex that is in production.- PDMMatrix (Preventive Service) is what I described above!- LubeMatrix is another type of sensors that are able to catch the level of decibel for control and lubrication of parts for the correct operation.The data also goes to us, we analyze them and make decisions on the basis of the indicators, how to do if the level of decibel is increased and the work of the details has become uneven - the lubrication cycles are launched, on our side the commands go to the controller, and the one in turn sends a signal to the sensor, which opens the slope in the lubrication pump and on the pipe to the very detail is flowing the lubrication, which prevents overheating.DrivesMatrix (Remote Monitoring and Disruption) is a separate service that is capable of managing entire oil outlets (in the meaning of the word) or any machine.Here we not only analyze the data, but also communicate through commands to control the machine itself, in real time, at a distance of 1000 km and more you can change the behavior of the machine, increase the speed of the engine, run the machine, stop and much more that you can wish.This is a modern IoT solution, with the help of which you can implement the technology of the smart home, activate any household technology that has programmable plans.The service is developed by a team of developers under my guidance.All advanced technologies are involved in the development, the application is highly loaded and works with a large amount of data, and is in rapid growth.
