Task:
fix technical errors (payment, delivery, cost calculation by districts of Kyiv);
add a reorder function for regular customers.

What has been done:
payment failures have been fixed;
a bug with delivery has been eliminated;
a delivery calculator has been implemented taking into account the districts of Kyiv;
the ability for convenient reordering has been added.
