Develop a gaming center on Windows for the 1PlayGate gaming platform.

The task:
1) To make the function of the game center the same as on the game platform;
It is compulsory to use Adobe Flash Player below the 30th version, as not all games supported new technologies;
3) Working the game center on all versions of Windows.
