A multifunctional and interactive Telegram bot has been developed for the ORTUM maxillofacial diagnostics center, designed to improve interaction between the clinic, partner doctors, and patients. The bot is integrated with the CRM system via API, providing automated and convenient access to necessary information and functions.
Main functional capabilities:
• Authentication
• Access to patient data:
• Search for patients and view their examinations and images synchronized with the CRM.
• Search algorithm with autocomplete and suggestions for incorrect patient name entries.
• Cashback:
• Display of accumulated cashback and detailed history of accruals.
• Ability to submit a withdrawal request with a choice of withdrawal method (manual or automatic withdrawal to the specified card).
• Notifications:
• Automatic notifications about new images and examinations of the doctor's patients.
• Birthday greetings and other personalized messages.
2. Marketing functions:
• Promotions and offers:
• Informing doctors about current promotions and special offers from the clinic.
• Reminders:
• Automatic reminders if the doctor's patients have not visited the clinic for a certain period.
• Feedback:
• Surveys on satisfaction with cooperation and service quality for continuous service improvement.
3. Admin panel (web interface):
• Bot control:
• Monitoring the bot's operation, usage statistics, and managing main functions.
• Content editing:
• Changing standard message texts, greeting, and informational blocks.
• Mailings:
• Creating and sending mass messages and announcements to all or selected users.
• Roles and access:
• Differentiation of access rights between managers and owners:
• Managers: access to user feedback and withdrawal requests.
• Owners: full access to all settings and functions of the bot.
