The driver registers in the system by leaving their phone number. A notification about the registration is sent to the logistics manager, and the data, such as the phone number and Telegram ID, are automatically transferred to a Google Spreadsheet. The logistics manager fills in the driver's details in the spreadsheet and sends them to the system. The data is updated, so the driver can easily view their information without the need for re-registration.
During loading, unloading, and other stages, the driver presses the corresponding button, which sends the geolocation and location information to Excel. The logistics manager can request the driver's location at any stage, and after sending it, the driver returns to the main menu.
At any stage, the driver can also press the SOS button, which sends information about the urgent need for help to the responsible person in Telegram.
