AI chatbot for automating fitness studio processes

Client's goal: The FitLife fitness studio needed a chatbot to automate customer interactions, class bookings, and provide fitness recommendations.

My contribution: I created an AI chatbot integrated with Google Calendar and Mindbody for managing schedules, payments, and memberships. The bot, implemented using the Zapier service, operates on Messenger, WhatsApp, Instagram, and the studio's website.

Project success: The chatbot optimized the class booking process and customer management, reducing manual work and making interactions simpler and more efficient.
