I helped the company create an AI chatbot on a messenger to promote an informational product. The client needed a bot that could naturally interact with users, answer questions, and stimulate sales, with a specific requirement for communication that closely resembles a real person using slang, etc. My task was to create prompts for ChatGPT that would ensure the bot uses a friendly tone, responds to objections, and encourages users to make a purchase.
