Chatbot: A multipurpose ecosystem with an automated system

Creation of an extensive network of chatbots for the gaming community "From Field to Table," functioning as an autonomous hub across three social networks simultaneously. The bot fully takes on the functions of an administrator, providing navigation and managing access rights.

Technical innovations and automation:

— Self-Service identification system: A fully automated cycle for obtaining a "digital pass" has been implemented. The user undergoes verification and receives the appropriate access rights to closed sections without any involvement from a manager or moderator.

— Smart content management (Tag Logic): Thanks to the tagging system, the bot identifies the participant's status and dynamically changes the available functions, unlocking special content only for verified users.

— Omnichannel adaptive menu: The bot's interface instantly adapts to the features of different messengers, maintaining ease of navigation across all community resources.

Personalization and design:

— Author's Tone of Voice: All communications are conducted on behalf of the mascot — farmer Lanusya. Her cute, friendly, and cheerful communication style creates a unique friendly atmosphere that significantly enhances participant loyalty.

— Visual content: The project is accompanied by a vast number of thematic illustrations that integrate the bot into the overall style of the game.
