cheburek shop with a hall at the bus stop
This is still an operating cheburek shop. It was necessary to create a full-fledged café in a very small space consisting of a rectangle measuring 5.14m x 2.1m and an adjacent triangle measuring 2.38m x 2.1m, where hot chebureks, coffee, donuts, hot dumplings, and ready-made frozen semi-finished products are made. In addition to brick walls, a beautiful, cozy, yet budget-friendly design was needed. The space had no other utilities besides electrical networks, so considering the constantly operating kitchen, it was necessary to install autonomous water supply and sewage systems, as well as ensure a ventilation system. This project was successful, resulting in a kitchen where a chef and a bartender-cashier were placed, and a cozy hall for 10 people, with seating arrangements included.
