Cinema - modern online cinema

The client approached with the idea of creating a modern online cinema where users can quickly and conveniently find movies, series, and anime by genres and ratings. It was important to implement an intuitive interface, highlight current trends, and provide easy access to favorite works.

A stylish and intuitive interface has been developed, focusing on a dark theme, vibrant movie covers, and smooth animations. Users can quickly navigate between categories, popular movies, and collections. The entire client side was implemented using React, TypeScript, and Next.js, which ensured high loading speed, SSR (Server Side Rendering), and ease of scaling. The server logic is built on Nest.js, including a filtering system, movie retrieval, user profile management, and database interaction. Fast search by title, genre, and popularity. Thanks to SSR and the Next.js architecture, the site is fully indexed by search engines. It displays correctly on both desktops and mobile devices. User ratings for movies and sorting by popularity have been added.

As a result, a full-fledged online cinema was created with high performance, a pleasant user experience, and a modern technological architecture. The project demonstrates our team's capabilities in creating complex SPA/SSR applications with clean code and flexible architecture.
