Clinic Site with Customer Registration System

Adaptive site with the administrator panel. A cabinet system has been developed for users, doctors with the possibility of registration to the doctor. The version was developed using HTML5, CSS3 using the BEM methodology using JavaScript. Server part using PHP (Yii2) + MySQL.
