During the development of this chatbot for the café, a full-fledged accounting and automation system for customer interaction was implemented. The main task of the bot was to track the number of coffee drinks consumed by each user and to create a loyalty program that motivates customers to return to the establishment. The system operates on a points accumulation principle: after each purchased coffee, the user receives one conditional "star," and after accumulating five stars, they receive the sixth coffee for free. After using the bonus, the cycle automatically starts again.

In the process of creating the bot, the logic for calculations was implemented. The system not only tracks the number of coffees to the free drink but also maintains overall statistics of all purchased drinks, including bonus coffees. This allows café owners to obtain detailed analytics regarding customer activity, the popularity of the loyalty program, and the total number of bonuses issued. A separate mechanism for automatically resetting the intermediate counter after every fifth purchase was implemented while simultaneously preserving the user's overall statistics.

An important part of the order was the implementation of a system of variables and personalized data for each customer. For each user, the bot stores information about the number of coffees consumed, the number of bonus drinks received, and other auxiliary parameters. This enabled the implementation of automatic reminders and the creation of mass mailings to increase sales. For example, the bot can send messages to users who have not visited the café for a long time or remind the customer that only one, two, or three purchases remain until the free coffee. Such mechanisms positively impact customer engagement and stimulate repeat sales.

This project became an example of combining business process automation, marketing tools, and software logic. The chatbot not only simplifies the accounting of sales and the bonus system but also helps the establishment maintain constant contact with customers through personalized messages and advertising campaigns. As a result, a modern digital tool was created to enhance customer loyalty, automate staff work, and increase repeat sales in the café.
