Content Factory Automation for 5 Social Media Platforms with AI

Built an automated content publishing system for a content agency using Make.com.

Task:
the team was manually preparing and publishing videos across multiple platforms. This took a lot of time, created process chaos, caused mistakes in captions and hashtags, and made it harder to control the publishing flow.

What was done:
— automatic detection of new videos in Google Drive
— automatic transcription extraction
— automatic video preparation based on the technical requirements and format of each social media platform
— AI generates captions and hashtags for each platform
— automatic distribution and publishing to Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, YouTube, and Threads
— Telegram notifications at key workflow stages
— logging of all operations in Google Sheets
— error handling and resume logic for stable workflow execution

Result:
instead of manually publishing content across 5 platforms, the team received a single automation system that speeds up publishing, reduces mistakes, and removes routine work from the operational process. This saves team time and gives more control over the content workflow.
