Corporate mobile application for booking meeting room
Development of a mobile interface for quick booking of meeting rooms in a corporate environment with a focus on "on-the-go" usage.
The main idea of the product is to allow the user to find and book the required room in just a few seconds without unnecessary steps and screen switches.
The interface supports quick filtering by key parameters (room size, availability), which allows narrowing down the selection to relevant options immediately. In each option, the occupancy status is clearly displayed, minimizing the need for additional checks.
When selecting a specific room, the user immediately sees the time slots when it will be available and can instantly make a booking with one click.
The value of the solution lies in the maximally shortened interaction scenario: from search to booking with the minimum number of actions. The design reduces cognitive load and allows users to work with the product quickly, intuitively, and without unnecessary decisions.
