Creating an Effective CRM System for the Logistics Sector

My task was to implement a comprehensive yard management system for the client NVA Transportation in the logistics sector. I designed a user-friendly interface that synchronizes parking maps and calendars, allowing real-time monitoring of parking spaces and optimizing the booking process.
Additionally, a CRM system was introduced to improve customer relationship management, which helped increase customer influx and enhance loyalty levels. For user convenience, I also developed a mobile application that enables operations on the go.
