Creating a looping relax video

The image was made in Gemini Imagen 3. I expanded from square to 16:9 in Photoshop.
In After Effects, I added neon glow and reflections, rain, and raindrops on the road. There was also low fog, which I decided to remove before the final render.
The music was fully generated by Suna, the rain sound from a free stock.
I assembled everything in the usual Premier Pro.
The result is a one-minute looped video that can be extended up to 5 hours. Suitable as a background for studying, working, relaxing, etc.
