Creating transaction tasks for amoCRM

Created so that transactions in which there are no open tasks, or if they have been closed recently, but a certain time has passed, a new task is placed on the responsible for the transaction.
The script is launched by a planner (cron) and among the transactions at certain stages is searching for those that have no tasks or tasks have been closed for a long time. If such transactions are found, then a new task of a certain type is placed on the manager with the adjusted text. This reduces the level of lost transactions due to the lack of tasks.
