Creation and Management of an Online Academy

Creation from zero and project management of the Academy of Wellness Consulting.
The project was created on CMS Moodle.
Dozens of video courses, hundreds of video lessons, complex tests, curator's feedback with students through chat.

Technically, the platform works automatically. Payed, entered the platform passed training, the platform blocks access to the course through the specified interval of time.

Task: Create an idea, record video courses, gather a team to present tasks, write TZ. Complete control of each workplace - from the picture to the course to the platform.
