Creation of AI Assistant for Customer Support

In the framework of this project, a AI assistant was created for customer support service in the laser depilation salon. The bot provides answers within a few seconds based on the Enterprise Knowledge Base. Additionally, the bot fills the fields in the customer cards in the CRM (telephone number, interest level, etc.) and is informed of the workshop’s schedule by API means.
