Creation of ERP (CRM) Glideapps for business process optimization
Created an ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) application on the Glide Apps platform for tracking document flow events in the enterprise. The document application was created for the accounting department of a construction company. The application allowed real-time visibility of the preparation stages and the number of necessary documents for the construction site, enabling timely document preparation. Tasks that needed to be completed: Counting the approach of the report (status changes over time); Counting performances by performers; Quick response to the approach of the report; Accounting for urgency needs; Rating of performers and objects; Event affiliation to the organizer; Quick addition of performance in transit by GlideApps courier; Optimization of performer engagement based on task load; Displaying events in different colors in the GlideApps calendar; Pipeline of connections in events; Event infographics; Automatic creation of important events (grouping based on parameters).
