Creation of Instagram cosmetologist
Task: to change the visual tape, to form a storyboard, to change the profile description, interactions, writing posts, in the future - targeted advertising
The description:
The cosmetologist has his office in the center of Kharkov. The problem is that there are few customers. She was previously blogging by an expert from Kiev. The girl didn’t like the visual and she wanted to change the style of carrying the tape, as well as make posts easy to perceive customers.
We managed to work 1.5 months before the war. I completely changed the visual page, which increased the number of visits. She formed the correct description of the profile and without investments brought the girl on search requests in Instagram to the top-5. Posts are more frequently preserved.
I also analyze the pain of the customer, what topics are interested and what questions are most often asked by cosmetologists at the reception. We also held a full-fledged photo session at the cosmetologist's office.
Unfortunately, we were unable to launch advertising before the war.
