Creator of the Directorate Structure

The program is designed to recurrently create a papac structure with indication of the levels and number of papac on each level. For example, for 3 levels and 5 papacks on each level will be created 5 papacks with the names "1", "2", "3", "4", "5", each of them will contain the same set of papacks, each of which also contains the same set, the structure in depth has 3 levels, each level contains 5 papacks. It is possible to indicate any number of levels and patches at each level.
