CRM Real Estate Agency on C#/.NET, Windows Forms, SQL SERVER
The goal of the project was to create a program for working with the real estate agency's database.
The project is built on the .NET 4.8 platform using the C# programming language with the Windows Forms component. SQL SERVER 2015 was used for data storage, and the ORM Entity Framework was utilized for working with it. The result of the project is a program for the real estate agency "Real Estate Agency," which includes: a database of offers: area, floor, cost, etc., applicant's coordinates, photos; a demand database: buyer's requirements for housing, desired price, applicant's coordinates; a database of concluded transactions: dates of agreement signing, first payment, agency fee, etc. Its functions include selecting options for either party, filtering by parameters, searching by name, automated search for mutually acceptable options, creating a purchase or rental contract (output in Microsoft Docs), automatic calculation of commissions, and tracking the efficiency of the enterprise.
