CRM Dashboard for Restaurant
Project Description:
Developed a CRM dashboard for a restaurant that automates the management processes of orders, tables, and staff. The main goal of the project is to simplify the work of managers and waiters, speed up order processing, and improve the level of guest service.
Functionality:
Admin panel with order and reservation management.
Table tracking system and their occupancy status.
Menu management: adding, editing, and hiding dishes.
Analytics: reports on sales, popular dishes, and staff activity.
User authorization with role separation (administrator, manager, waiter).
Real-time notifications of new orders.
Technologies:
Frontend: React, Next.js, TypeScript, TailwindCSS
Backend: Node.js, Express.js, MongoDB
Result:
The system allowed the restaurant to reduce order processing time, simplify staff control, and increase transparency of business processes. The interface is intuitive and works on both computers and tablets.
