CRM for the sales department
We have developed the #crm M system for the online store selling inventory for sports clubs. Currently, the system operates 4 sales managers who can manage customer accounts, create meetings lists and present commercial offers. For the management, a system of employee efficiency accounting was created, which includes a sales line, a summarized calendar of managers meetings, and a summarized table of all contacts for the given day for each employee. Through the system there is the possibility to make SMS and e-mail messages. A SSL certificate is connected to the system for data encryption.
