CRM system for accounting and financial analytics for a GameFi project

A custom back-office CRM system has been developed for complete user management, monitoring gaming activity, and financial accounting of the GameFi/TMA platform (within the Telegram ecosystem).

Technology stack: Python (FastAPI), Vue.js / React, SQL, REST API, Analytical calculation algorithms.

What has been implemented:
1. Financial accounting and Balances: A module for precise tracking of the platform's financial flows (all income, expenses, in-game transactions of users). Protection against rounding errors and manipulation of gaming balances.
2. User Management: Player cards with a complete history of their actions, logging of gaming sessions, activity analytics (LTV, Retention metrics) and the ability for administrators to manually adjust rights/balances.
3. Analytical dashboards: Tools for visualizing financial metrics in real-time (net profit, turnover, statistics over periods) for quick business decision-making by platform owners.
4. Security: Reliable logging of any critical changes in users' financial data to prevent internal fraud.

The CRM system has served as a reliable core for managing the business metrics of the gaming platform, ensuring transparency of all financial transactions.
