Cross-Chain Bridge
Project Description:
A cross-chain bridge has been developed for exchanging digital assets between multiple blockchain networks. The goal of the project is to provide a secure, decentralized, and ultra-fast token transfer without intermediaries. The solution was implemented as a full-fledged DeFi infrastructure prototype with multi-network support and automatic transaction routing through smart contracts and oracle protocols.
TECHNICAL IMPLEMENTATION:
• Implemented asset transfer between Ethereum, BNB Smart Chain, Polygon, Arbitrum, and Avalanche networks.
• Utilized LayerZero, Wormhole, and Axelar protocols for cross-chain communication and message routing.
• Integrated Chainlink oracles for price validation and transaction state verification.
• Smart contracts written in Solidity, deployed and tested via Hardhat with multi-chain configuration support.
• Implemented ERC-20 standard tokens, including wrapped tokens and bridge contracts for asset locking and minting.
• Built a Node.js (Express) relay server for event tracking, transaction status processing, and cross-network synchronization.
• Monitoring implemented with Prometheus + Grafana, data storage via MongoDB.
• Frontend built on React with integration through Wagmi, RainbowKit, and support for MetaMask / WalletConnect.
RESULT:
• Fully functional MVP with bidirectional token exchange between networks.
• Transfer time up to 30 seconds during devnet testing.
• Implemented multi-signature validation system and event logging for full transparency.
• Interface supports automatic network detection and real-time error handling.
