A modern multi-user CRM system for managing business processes of a marketplace/platform has been developed and implemented as a turnkey solution. The project's special focus is on automating communication with users, deep integration of artificial intelligence, and building a flexible content management system. The interface is designed according to enterprise standards: a strict monochrome design in warm tones, minimizing eye strain for operators during prolonged work.
Interactive Real-Time Support Chat (Live Support Module):
An internal ticketing system and custom chat on WebSockets have been developed. It supports instant text messaging, displays user statuses ("Online"), and allows for the transfer and optimized preloading of media files/photos without interface freezes.
Artificial Intelligence Module (AI Generation):
An AI content generation control panel has been integrated, allowing for the automation of routine tasks for moderators and content managers of the platform.
Multi-level Management Structure (Advanced Back-Office):
A branched admin panel has been designed, including modules for managing users, profiles, banner advertising, promotion ("Profile Boosting"), and financial analytics ("Payments").
Security and Access Control:
A flexible role-based access control model (RBAC) has been implemented with middleware token verification and access rights checks at the API level to protect users' personal data and payment logs from internal fraud.
