VelOGO Bike Sharing Dashboard

VelOGO is a bike-sharing management dashboard designed to help operators monitor system performance, manage bike fleets, and track key business metrics.

The project included user research, information architecture, user flows, wireframing, and high-fidelity UI design in Figma. A key focus was creating a clear and efficient interface for managing large amounts of operational data.

The final solution features analytics dashboards, fleet management tools, station monitoring, performance tracking, and data visualization components designed to support informed decision-making and improve operational efficiency.
