Database (Power Query)
Source data: a general table with expenses, revenue, magazine.
TZ: accounting for expenses, income, recording according to the records (IP A, IP B...., map, .....) and based on this the current state of the account (balance). When pressing on the light state, the information is opened by numbers (of which it consists)
Implementation: we create a query on the output table, we carry out the upload to the summary table (when you click on the account state, a table with lines that match the account is created). Thus we form expenses, revenue, magazine. The calculation formula of the expenditure is also added according to the name of the revenues and from which revenues the journal comes. Next, we unite all 3 requests and form a balance.
By clicking on the Update button, all information is automatically updated.
