Complete: the input field in which the user enters the number - the number of the regulation. This information is drawn into the macros. In the macro we "build" the template, we have blocks in the right order. In the necessary places we draw from the bd of the regulation the information, according to the introduced number. We check if there is no extended information in the block (poor) - then the address of the next block is shifted to the place of the previous. If not empty, it is added below. When all the blocks are filled, we set the formating and the autodetermination of height.
