Delivery Module “New Post”

So, the module works through the New Post API, pulls and loads into the available regions and cities, which can be later indicated in the order form. In addition, the cost of delivery is automatically calculated, taking into account the "New Post" tariffs.
The module is written under OpenCart 3, as few people use the 2nd, but it is possible to adapt to the 2nd version.
