Delivery of the new mail

This program is written for the commodity business and helps to control the messages sent to buyers by New Mail:
- upload the list of sent messages;
- shows how much paid payments are ready to be issued ( how many messages the buyers have received);
- How many days the mail is stored on the mail (to remind the client who forgot to take).
